Computer Facility: With 2 purpose designed workshops JWP can accommodate any form of desktop or laptop computer repair, upgrade or installation. We are also part of the Microsoft Partnership Program.

Retail Facility: JWP can provide new and used desktop or laptops, servers, printers, scanners, software and general peripherals such as inks, webcams, etc. We also specialise in NEW ENERGY EFFICIENT computers and activily participate in the computer recycling.

Web Development Facility: Specialising in general website design, content management systems & e-commerce JWP can provide a bespoke solution for any customer requirement. JWP currently have over 450 domain names registered with us and this grows daily as new customers take advantage of our services. JWP also provide hosting, email & search engine optimisation advice.

Callout Services: For problems that need to be resolved on-site JWP also have a dedicated callout engineer service. This not only allows us to respond to problems which cannot be looked at in our workshops but also allows us to install or configure any new customer product or service ensuring continuation of care until completion of the work. JWP also provides IT contract services. This assures guaranteed response times, inclusive servicing hours and reduced labour rates for clients who need to have their IT up and running with the minimum of disruption should a problem occur.

Based in Borrowash, on the outskirts of Derby, is an ideal location to allow JWP to respond to customers within the East Midlands with most locations serviceable within around 1 hour. Our website design services can be used nationwide.

Our opening hours are:

9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

9:00am to 12:00pm on Saturdays (For collections & drop offs only).

CLOSED Sunday & Bank Holidays.
