This not only allows us to respond to problems which cannot be looked at in our workshops but also allows us to install or configure any new customer product or service ensuring continuation of care until completion of the work.
JWP also provides IT contract services. This assures guaranteed response times, inclusive servicing hours and reduced labour rates for clients who need to have their IT up and running with the minimum of disruption should a problem occur.
